16 DAYS of Prayer Against Family & Domestic Violence

Over 600 Christians commited to 16 DAYS of Prayer against Domestic & Family Violence from 25 November to 10 December 2015 to learn about and pray for those impacted by and seeking to address domestic & family violence.

At Common Grace, we are calling on all Christians in Australia to commit to 16 DAYS of Prayer against Domestic & Family Violence from 25 November to 10 December 2015.

Collectively, we’ll be learning about and praying for those impacted by and seeking to address domestic & family violence: from women of all cultures, classes and backgrounds, to women’s shelters, and police and frontline responders.  We will also be posting daily images on our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter that can easily be shared on your own social media.

You can sign up for 16 DAYS of prayer against Family and Domestic Violence here.

Why is Common Grace doing this?

We undertake specific formational work in each of our campaign areas that is designed to help Christians consider the scriptural basis for advocating for justice when it comes to: people seeking asylum; domestic and family violence; gambling reform; Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders; and caring for God’s earth.  Designed to help us all think through the “why” behind the “what”.
