This year we have tuned in together on tv, online and radio to #ChangeTheHeart of Australia, following the call of Aunty Jean Phillips and led by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Christian Leaders.

On January 26, as we continue to pray, mourn, commemorate survival and acknowledge the true history of these lands now called Australia, will you pledge your commitment to taking a stand for truth and justice by sharing a photo of your feet on country!

Let's use our Facebook feed for good and make a powerful statement - a generation making a peaceful stand, on the very day when Australians reflect on their national identity more than any other.

How do I take my photo?

We encourage you to take off your shoes and head outside to take a photo of your feet on the land you live on. If you're using your phone to take the photo, landscape orientation will work best (though you'll also be able to rotate it before posting). If you want you can also take a photo with a few people, and share it together. Then, write your acknowledgment of country (or use the one we provide), add it to this website then share it on your social media.

“Today, on this day of mourning, invasion and survival, my family acknowledges the Gayamagal Clan of the Eora Nation, the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live and stand, and pay our respects to Elders past, present and future. We #HearTheCall and stand in solidarity for truth and justice and to #ChangeTheHeart of Australia. We mark this day, the 26th January, by reflecting, speaking stories of truth, lamenting, praying and joining in the action of seeking justice. We breathe in the story of these lands, the story of Creator God, our shared story. We promise to walk softly and gently on these lands. We remember and send love to our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander friends today 🖤💛❤️@commongraceaus}”
