Palm Sunday marks the triumphant entry of Jesus into Jerusalem, and the celebration of God's kingdom drawing near – a kingdom in which those we are poor, persecuted, mourning find hope.
This Saturday, we are encouraging our Common Grace community in Bendigo to take some time on the Saturday before Palm Sunday to consider how we can celebrate the coming of God's kingdom through the welcome we show to those who are poor, persecuted and mourning. We invite you to join with thousands of others, Christian and non-christian alike, who are standing together to call on justice to be shown towards refugees here in Australia.
