Materials - things you will need:
(no need to go shopping, improvise at home!)
- Several sheets of A4 white paper - for printing out the paper pricking pattern (no printer, no worries – hand draw/copy the simple pricking pattern from your screen)
- 2+ sheets of A5-A4 cream or white card or a cut up cereal box (optional - framing/mat card – in black/red/yellow or green/blue)
- Sewing or embroidery needle
- Sewing or embroidery thread/floss – in black or own colour choice
- Large safety pin or head/bead/quilting/hat pin or needle/piercing tool - or carefully use a sewing needle or cocktail stick - for pricking holes into card
- Scissors
- Approximately A5-A4 sized cardboard or 2-3 layers of fun foam/felt or old upside down computer mouse mat or folded tea towel
- Reverse side of craft mat or old magazine or newspaper or old book - to protect table/work surface
- Sticky/adhesive tape or masking tape
- Double-sided sticky/foam tape or glue stick or clear paper glue
- Optional – photo of you/family/friends/bridge from 2000 and/or 2020
