And our first petition is always to our Heavenly Father, so please pray for Syria-
- For the end to widespread conflict, with more than 200,000 lives lost since the conflict began over 2 years ago.
- For the many uprooted, displaced and fleeing.
- For tensions over short resources within Syria and among refugees and host communities.
- For the many ancient Christian communities in the region that they may have endurance and persevere in faith.
- For medical workers, humanitarian aid workers & all who counsel and support those in trouble.
- For International leaders, the United Nations, and the global community that a spirit of generosity & grace will prevail
