By signing up for Common Grace’s Climate Challenge, participants agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Data Storage and Privacy: Personal information provided will be stored in Common Grace’s database, as per their Privacy Policy.

Fundraising Commitment: Participants agree to raise funds for Common Grace and have the authority to do so.

Returning Funds: Non-electronic donations (cash or cheque) must be returned to Common Grace within 14 days post-Challenge via cheque or electronic funds transfer.

Receipts: Donations through the Climate Challenge website will receive electronic receipts.

Participant Responsibility: Participants partake in the Challenge at their own risk, as Common Grace’s Public Liability insurance does not cover these activities.

Logo Use: Participants can use the Common Grace logo solely for promoting the Carbon Challenge and fundraising efforts related to it.

Lawful Conduct: Participants must avoid unlawful activities. Common Grace will report any such activities to authorities.

Reputation and Values: Participants must uphold Common Grace’s values of respect when promoting the Climate Challenge.

Media and Press: Media or press releases related to the Challenge need Common Grace’s prior approval by contacting [email protected].

Publicity Materials: All created publicity materials should state that funds raised are for Common Grace’s work.

Content Removal: Common Grace can remove offensive or non-aligned content from their Endorsement page.

Underage Participation: Participants under 18 need written consent from a legal guardian or parent to engage in fundraising.
